Volkswagen GOLF GTI Mk 5 TUNING

QSZ have a great range of tuning products for the new Golf GTI.

This range includes WTA and AmD chiptuning and Milltek exhausts, as used by Volkswagen Racing UK. The combination of the engine software and Milltek cat back exhaust gives simply huge performance delieverd in an extremely smooth and torquey nature.

Eibach lowering springs are now available for your GTI lowering aprox. 20mm. These are a great upgrade over standard as they do not stiffen up the ride too much but lower it just enough to give it the right look. We have them on our demo GTI so give us a call to get a first hand experance.

We also now have in stock the new BMC Carbon Dynamic Airbox kit designed specificly for the GTI. Photos coming soon.

The dyno below shows the gains made in tuning just the ECU on the GTI.
The power and torque are up from 147kW and 280Nm to an amazing 180kW+ and 375Nm!!

As you can see the power delivery is very smooth and only adds to the cars already brilliant driving characteristics.
By adding the Milltek cat back or full system the Kw figure is around 200Kw.

Milltek Sport VW Mk5 Golf GTi 2.0l FSi Turbo

Milltek Sport is continuing its close relationship with VW Racing during 2005 and has developed a special race version of it's newly introduced GTI Mk5 2.0T exhaust. The street and Race version are available from QSZ now. The systems can be fitted in both Cat back or full system, inc. metal highflow race cat, configurations. Either way Milltek make the best exhaust for the GTI on the market so don't fit anything else to your motoring icon, it just wont do the job. That is why VW Racing use Milltek !
