Forge has a large range of alloy accessories for fast road, competition and decoration.

Their by-pass and diverter valves have become some of the most widely requested in the industry due to the supreme finish and excellent performance.

They are available for European vehicles using the Bosch plastic diverter valve as standard. These include Audi, Lancia, Maserati, Porsche, Saab, Seat, Skoda, Volvo and VW. The Bosch valve is particularly prone to fail on VW and Audi products so fitting a forge equivalent will totally eradicate the problems encountered with the stock valve. Forge valves give you all the standard turbo pressure, a much quicker response between gear changes and a smoother on-off throttle transition.

Forge Diverter valves for Volkswagen.

The Bosch diverter valve has been prone to fail on the 1.8T due to the high working temperatures and, in many cases, increased boot pressure. The Forge valves will give you all the turbo pressure available, a much quicker response between gear changes and a smoother on-off throttle transition. The Forge valves also carry an original purchaser lifetime warranty. It is also serviceable, should it be necessary.

The valves are of an all aluminum construction with an aluminum internal piston. You have a choice of 2 internal springs, fast road, or race for high boost applications.

The DV 006 is recommended for the 1.8T motors although on some early 1.8T Passat models the DV 007P is used due to the lack of space available. In the photo below the 006 valves are at the rear and the 007P is in the front of the photo, on their sides.
